For World AIDS Day 2017, join the MIT Program in Women’s and Gender Studies to view Strike a Pose.

This documentary profiles the seven dancers who performed with Madonna on her controversial Blond Ambition World Tour in 1990. These dancers became icons of sexual freedom and were instrumental in bringing awareness to gay rights and the fight against AIDS. 

This screening is free and open to the general public.
