Artist Performance: INVISIBLETOWHOM Arc 2
Pap Souleye Fall’s performance INVISIBLETOWHOM Arc 2 (2026) emerges from the world of DEAD PIXEL (2020–ongoing), a narrative the artist articulates through installation, performance, drawing, sculpture, video, and comics.
Fall will perform as their story’s protagonist DEAD PIXEL, here to destabilize order and conjure spirits. Often used by gamers, the term “dead pixel” describes the black spots that appear on a screen when hardware fails and a pixel permanently goes dark. Set to foley sounds of stage hands’ layered conversations, INVISIBLETOWHOM Arc 2 is driven by movement and disruption.
Produced in partnership with MIT’s List Visual Arts Center, INVISIBLETOWHOM Arc 2 is presented alongside List Projects 35: Pap Souleye Fall, an exhibition in the List Center’s Bakalar Gallery of Fall’s installation work that is open to the public through November 29, 2026.
This event is supported by MIT Future Fest and the Art, Culture, and Technology Program at MIT.
