The List Visual Arts Center, the contemporary art museum at MIT, celebrated its 30th anniversary in the fall of 2015. To mark this milestone, the List Center’s four directors since 1985—Kathy Halbreich, Katy Kline, Jane Farver, and current director Paul C. Ha—invited fifteen artists from the List’s ground-breaking exhibition history to produce a print portfolio. The 30th Anniversary Print Portfolio documents the museum’s unique role as a creative laboratory where the world’s leading contemporary artists find a platform to freely experiment and push existing boundaries.

Like the List Center’s program, MIT’s Sloan School of Management develops and supports future leaders in business and management practice committed to a spirit of innovation and creativity. The List Center is pleased to partner with MIT Sloan and present the 30th Anniversary Print Portfolio in the Dean’s Gallery.  The exhibition features works by Adel Abdessemed, Nairy Baghramian, Cai Guo-Qiang, Ping Chong, Ralph Coburn, Robert Cumming, Ann Hamilton, Runa Islam, György Kepes, Michiko Kon, Ken Okiishi, Otto Piene, Kay Rosen, Tavares Strachan, and Sarah Sze.
