Pigment Play Workshop: 12 to 4 PM
Experiment with color in two ways: by blending it together, and breaking it apart! Take inspiration from videos in the exhibition List Projects: Narrative Color to explore how colors work in your eyes and on the page. Then, create two beautiful artworks to take home using techniques in watercolor painting and black ink chromatography.
Family-friendly Tour: 2 PM
Tour the exhibition List Projects: Narrative Color with the List’s friendly staff to learn about differences of color pigments on film and on canvas.
Special Activities: 12 to 4 PM
Explore color together! During your visit to the List, enjoy a book from our special Vacation Week Art Library; and, think outside the box to add your response to our collaborative color board.
