Join us for a discussion led by Jeremy Rossen as he contextualizes Mary Helena Clark’s, A Green Shade, an installation comprising four channels of video and an accompanying sound work. This talk will place Clark’s work within the conventions of cinema and explore the format and texture of collage within the experimental film tradition.
Jeremy Rossen is an independent curator and archivist currently working on a book and record project of composer/musician Moondog and ethnomusicologist Tony Schwartz. Previously he has worked as assistant curator at the Harvard Film Archive and has curated film programs at venues throughout North America since 2001.
