Andi Sutton is Program Manager of the Graduate Consortium in Women’s Studies at MIT (GCWS), an institutional collaboration among nine Boston-area universities including MIT that is devoted to graduate teaching and research in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and to advancing interdisciplinary WGS scholarship. Sutton is also an artist, and produces work nationally and internationally in galleries, museums, and public settings. Her site-specific work is informed by performance art and community development methodologies and incorporates food, agriculture, television and street intervention, video, performance, and installation.
