Family Week at the List: Architecture

Join families at the List during April School Vacation Week to explore art together, with new activities every day! Family Week is FREE and open to all. There is no advanced registration required.

Future Architecture Workshop: 12 to 4 pm

Architect Eero Saarinen became renowned for creating swooping, modernist buildings that seemed to usher in the future. Discover Saarinen’s architecture at MIT and consider how buildings might be different 100 years from now.  Then, sculpt your own vision of what the architecture of the future holds.

Family-friendly Tour: 2 pm

Take a guided tour of the modernist art and architecture in the Public Art collection to learn about the decisions artists made to innovate their designs.
